an-circle-copyI joined the MacRae Lab in 2016. My interests are in generation of zebrafish models of cardiovascular disease and nephropathy, and discovery the potential mechanism and related pathways. I also do some work in the non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) responses pathways and screening genetic factors related to hypoplastic left heart syndrome (HLHS). During my Ph.D. period in Peking University, China, I mainly focused on developing biotechnology and bioinformatics tools of genome editing, especially in the organism of zebrafish.
